… I put Kirsty up to her cot for her nap, after 20mins she started grumping a little so I thought I’d go up and give her her dummy back… this is what I found…

I was in the middle of moving all my cleaning products from the cupboard under the sink to the high shelf in my big cupboard in the kitchen. I was down on the floor washing the shelves to remove the soap powder etc off them. Kirsty was standing up at the fridge playing with her magnetic letters when she let go of the fridge and walked to me!!! She prob took about 4 steps!

I don’t think it’ll be long now for her. Part of me is so proud & happy but another part is very sad. My baby is growing too fast!!

Seeing as my lil baby girl’s birthday is just around the corner (wow hasn’t that come round quick?!), I thought I’d make a theme just for her. I hope you all like it

…Kirsty is no longer a “baby”. She much prefers feeding herself her meals nowadays. She’s like a little animal and shovels food into her mouth with her hands, but hey… she eats, she enjoys her food and I get to eat my food whilst it is hot!!! Here she is enjoying fish pie…

I’m really not sure what this face is all about, it looks like she is growling at me!! It’s cute though!!
